V-Tech Construction was founded in 2006 in New York City, in order to provide value-added renovation services to a host of major institutional multifamily investors. V-Tech has remained one of the most active partners to New York clients, and performed renovation work in upwards of 100 New York City apartment properties.
Today’ V-Tech’s services extend to markets across the country. We have been retained to provide construction services in states along the eastern seaboard, and in college markets throughout the country where we serve owners of student housing assets.
Each year, we continue to grow our areas of expertise, expand our relationships with key service providers and subcontractors, and increase our financial strength, so that we may better serve our clients.

My career in construction spans over 30 years. I’ve completed hundreds of projects in markets throughout the country, from individual unit renovations to the gut renovation of full apartment communities. I’ve been fortunate to develop a group of dedicated professionals who share my priority of making each project a success first for our customers, and only then for V-Tech. I strive to provide excellent customer service and each of my clients knows that I’m there for them, 24/7.
I’ve been with Rey and V-Tech from the very start, and am proud to have been a key contributor to its success. Every project we undertake is ultimately my responsibility. My day is about getting the men and materials where they need to be on time; ensuring that each project is completed professionally, on budget, and in a timely fashion; and making sure all of our clients feel well cared-for. Every day is hectic, but I always leave with a sense of satisfaction in what we’ve accomplished.
I joined V-Tech in 2014 in order to launch its Pennsylvania and Delaware practices. I’d been in the construction industry in these markets for sometime and was excited to introduce V-Tech to all of my relationships in these markets. Years later, I’m very grateful for the success we’ve achieved and the extent to which I’ve been able to contribute to my clients’ success. I view each of my clients as a friend, and wouldn’t let them down!
